Topic: Books with Beautiful Covers

It’s gorgeous and on my nightstand. I think I’m ready haha.

I have this thing about red book covers apparently! They just stand out with their vibrant color, but look at the detail on this one. Beautiful!

In person, this book has a beautiful shimmer. The lettering when hit with light has a holographic design. It’s gorgeous!

Vibrant andes another red book but mostly orange and yellows too. So beautiful.

And yes…another red cover. I can’t help it! I think because most books have dark covers that when a red one comes out, it just pops out from all the rest.

Great list! The ones for House of earth and blood and Crown of feathers are amazing!

I actually didn’t like the cover of Nocturna at all, but I LOVED the book!! I did buy a copy of The Wicked Deep because I thought that it was SOOOO gorgeous… still haven’t read it just yet though. Now Crown of Feathers was actually one of my favorite books that I read last year, I just bought the sequel and I’m waiting until I’m in the right mood to read it because I just want to be in the right mindset. Lately I’ve had a hard time because I have been feeling slumpy and just not into fantasy books lately. Which SUCKS because I LOVE fantasy. So I’ve been reading what I refer to as “fluff reads” which are light YA books that are just fun and entertaining… trying to get out of this slump. But I know it’s not the right time to start the sequel to Crown of Feathers.

I loved Nocturna’s cover but wasn’t in love with the story lol. Yes wait for your fantasy slump to pass to read the sequel to CoF, I read the arc…and I didn’t enjoy it because I think I was so bogged down with all the fantasy I was reading! 😦 I’m trying to read more fluff reads too, and it’s been helping with my fantasy slump. Hope you find a book to get you out of the slump! 😘

That’s funny that we were opposites on Nocturna! I feel like with everything going on I just need lighter reads, the world is too depressing and I’m already stir crazy so it’s hard to get into an intricate book. I’m currently reading Little White Lies by Jennifer Lynn Barnes and it’s great. Finally I’ve gotten into a book. I think I might have to get away from fantasy for a little bit.
