WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over on Taking on a World of Words.

The idea is pretty simple, every week you dedicate a post to the three W’s:

What are you currently reading?

What have you just finished reading?

What are you going to read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am finally working my way through this book. I know I had it months ago but I’ve been reading NetGalley arcs so now I’m finally getting to the book I bought. I’m 1/4th of the way in and Burleigh House is a fascinating entity.

What have you finished reading?

Tweet Cute by Emma Lord is so cute and it made me crave grilled cheese and desserts. I started it and finished it yesterday! I think I’ve been devouring more contemporary romances lately because it’s the holidays and in the mood for sweetness. For some reason my YA fantasy selections aren’t holding my interests as usual. Anyway, review for this will be posted closer to it’s publication in January 2020.

What are you going to read next?

Since I’m in a lovey dovey contemporary romance mood, I’m going to read this book that I just got yesterday. Have you read it?

Let me know what you’ve read, are reading now or will be reading next! I’d love to hear from you.

Didn’t think I’d still be reading this! I started on the weekend and I’m only halfway through. It was a new release yesterday so I hope I can finish today.

What have you finished reading?

I’m on the blog tour for this one, so review will come nearer to publication in February 2020, but let me say this…WOW.

What are you going to read next?

Another eARC I’m doing a blog tour for next week so I better read this one next right?

What are you reading or reading next? Leave me a comment below!

I am 60% done with this and hopefully will finish soon. I am approved to read the sequel on NetGalley so I definitely needed to bump this TBR up my list. It’s intriguing and definitely not what I was expecting but I think in a good way so far.

What have you finished reading?

This releases in January 2020 so my review will post nearer to the publication date. But I was surprised by this book – I enjoyed it! Here is the book blurb:

Veronica sees ghosts. More specifically, her mother’s ghost. The afterimages of blinding migraines caused by the brain tumor that keeps her on the fringes and consumes her whole life haunt her, even as she wonders if it’s something more…

Golden boy Sawyer is handsome and popular, a state champion swimmer, but his adrenaline addiction draws him to Veronica.

A girl with nothing to live for and a boy with everything to lose–can they conquer their demons together?

What are you going to read next?

Another NetGalley arc that I’m going to finish up next so I can take it off my list. And it sounds perfect as a October read, though it’s official release date is in December. Here’s the book blurb:

We stand in a tight cluster, high above the lake. One-by-one, we made our way up the narrow trail from the edge of campus. Now, we wait shoulder to shoulder behind the police tape. Nineteen summer students.

All but one.

When Nora gets accepted into her dream summer program at the prestigious Winthrop Academy, she jumps at the chance to put her coding skills to use. But then a fellow student goes missing—and the tech trail for the crime leads back to Nora. With no one else to trust, Nora must race to uncover the truth and clear her name…or she might be the next to disappear.

This is my first WWW Wednesday so let’s get to it:

What are you currently reading?

I am reading this eARC called Unspoken by Celia McMahon. It is set to publish September 17, 2019 by The Parliament House Press. It’s pretty good so far, check out the link for the book blurb. It’s got a Princess who loves to hunt, forbidden magic, shape shifters and so much more!

What have you just finished reading?

I have finally read Nocturna! It was only on my book shelf for about 3 or 4 months. Haha, not too bad, but I wanted to read it before the summer came to a close. Review will be up before the end of this week.

What are you going to read next?

Going to try and read Descendant of the Crane this week. It’s due at my library soon, so hoping I can finish it quick.

And that’s all I got for Wednesday! It’s been a long weekend as my family and I were staying at a hotel for Labor day weekend. So I’m trying to catch up on everything. And I can’t quite say I had a relaxing weekend…I barely slept. At one point I had 4 kids in my hotel room (I only have 2 children 😂 – the other 2 were my nephews)….SO…relaxing it was not, but getting away from my house for 2 days always makes me feel a bit different. 🤷🏻‍♀️
